Our fees for the second placement range from 10% to 15% of the gross annual salary, depending on the rarity of the profile. Your first placement is free of charge, subject to certain terms and conditions
While it is a rare occurrence, your peace of mind is important to us. In the event that a candidate we place with your company departs within an agreed-upon period, we are committed to delivering a replacement candidate at no additional cost. If, despite our efforts, we are unable to find a suitable replacement, we will refund your fee, subject to certain terms and conditions
