- Conduct in-depth interviews to thoroughly assess candidates.
- Perform preliminary reference checks to validate past performance.
- Engage personality profiling partners when necessary.
- Maintain candidate confidentiality as required.
- Present top candidates with detailed profiles.
- Highlight academic credentials and career history.
- Provide assessments of strengths, weaknesses, and suitability.
- Offer a shortlist of four to six strong contenders for client interviews.
- Facilitate efficient recruitment processes and client-candidate meetings.
- Allow successful candidates to progress through additional interview rounds.
- Use client interviews to refine search criteria and priorities.
Identify new candidates if needed.
- Finalize the selection of the preferred candidate.
- Negotiate a competitive remuneration package with the client and candidate.
- Maintain regular communication with the candidate to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration into the new organization.
